April 20 music from present Russia and USSRRon woke me up about russian music actually, so I would like to share with all of You some results of my research, everybody are welcome to post coments
The first one is world-famous HUUN HUUR TU-group from Tuva-land, part of Russia. Tuva-people came from Mongolia ages ago and they speak one branch of turkish-languages.
The second one is compilation of russian folk-songs dedicated to Maslennica - pancake-holiday which been celebrated ages before Russia was christened as a "Winter's death day"
The third one is actually funny music-video made in 70-ties by soviet television.
Song from movie "Violent romance" (singing last words dedicated to love which ruined her to death)
One of my favorits - PELAGEYA performing song of Vladimir Vysocky
Vladimir Vysotsky pefroming his song "Ballade about Love" (from movie of early 70-ties) with lyrics above translated to english, I LOVE THIS SONG! (2 versions!)
Vladimir Vysocky (1938-1980) the most popular songwriter in Russia until nowdays…
Ballad about love - translated by Jouravel
When, after all, the Great Deluge was over, The seas came back within their coastal lines, Out of the foam of the receding water The love came out softly to the land. And, for some time, it faded in the air, And lasted for an eon and some then.
And some eccentrics that still do exist Inhale with their full lungs that crazy mix, Expecting neither scolding nor reward, And thinking they are free to breath it in They realize one day that they fit in Somebody else's intermittent breathing.
But remember: a feeling's like a boat It's afloat until you realize: That the words "I love" mean simply that "I can breathe" and "I am still alive".
There will be plenty of despair and roaming. The land of love is the most noble land. The knights of love will have to go through testing With ever higher standards and demands. They will be separated by a distance, Devoid of leisure, sleep without rest.
But nothing in the world can turn them back. Those madmen do agree to pay it back, Pay any price, their lives won't be excepted In order to preserve and to protect Some indiscernible and magic thread Which love between them now has extended.
Wind and snow swept them off their feet, Made them drunk and raised them from the dead. 'Cause remember you have neither lived, Nor have breathed, if you have never loved.
And most of them have choked with love forever. They can't be reached no matter what you do. They are accounted by idle talk and rumor, And that account is laced with pure blood. But we will light up candles in the memory Of those who died from the unprecedented love.
Their souls, among the flowers, will run And their voices will blend and sound as one. They will inhale eternity together. And somewhere, on a fragile river cross, A narrow bridge across the universe Holding their breath, then they will meet each other.
I will open fields to those who love! Let them sing awake and in their rest. I do breathe and that means - I'm in love! I'm in love and that means - I exist!
April 06 I was asking "heaven" for my destinyInteresting person I found on youtube - Pierre Grim. I watched almost all videos about meditation and other points...
I asked for my predestination while I was meditating by night... and very soon after I got 2 more proposals of translation from serbian (and 1 I already have from earlier!) and one is connected with theatre! I like theatre so much... So I decided that translation and work with text is my fate? Let us see... hehehe
I will come back to blog as soon as possible.
Have a nice EASTER my friends!
STAY STRONG AND BLESSED FOREVER April 01 Last weekend I was nicely busy with my teen-brother Pasha from St-Peterburg, we took lots of walks around. I'd like to share some pictures with You, because I still don't have good program for making short-video on PC from my new DVD-camera. I've downloaded one but it doesn't work properly. The old one puts no sound into video ... so until then - let me show You photographs I made a week ago!
p.s.: I still dream about my 50 years old photo-camera to get film for it and make some old-fashioned pictures |
